The Law Office of Jason M. Rammel, P.C. represents cities, utilities, and other governmental entities. Jason Rammel has spent his entire career representing local governments such as cities, counties, and other governmental entities in the areas of land use, code enforcement, criminal prosecution, litigation, and real estate, including the of eminent domain. Jason has also represented various water utilities throughout his career.
Mr. Rammel also uses his experience representing cities and counties to represent landowners in dealing with land use regulations and utility matters. Additionally, Mr. Rammel represents public and private entities before State regulatory authorities, including transmission line cases before the Texas Public Utility Commission and permitting matters before the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. Mr. Rammel is also available to represent clients in eminent domain matters, including roadway and utility acquisitions.
